Dolce Dimora ships via UPS Monday-Friday excluding holidays and offers expedited delivery when requested at an additional charge. Orders for in-stock items usually ship within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will notify you by email if an item is temporarily out-of-stock and keep you informed of your order status. Certain items may be dropped shipped from our suppliers and may take longer to ship, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.

Receive FREE Shipping via UPS Ground on all orders over $75 within the 48 contiguous United States. Free shipping offer is for ground shipping to one address within the continental United States. Expedited delivery services are available at an additional cost. Gift certificates, shipping and handling and taxes do not apply toward the purchase requirement. Offer subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges. Offer not valid on previous purchases. Not valid with any other offer.

Two day express delivery is available only for items that we have in-stock. The cost is an additional $19.95 over standard shipping cost calculations for orders shipped to the 48 contiguous states. Orders must be received at Dolce Dimora by 1:00 pm EST to be delivered within 2 business days. Second day express deliveries do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays, but only during standard business days. Second day express delivery may not be available for items drop shipped from our suppliers and artisans.

Green Statement

At Dolce Dimora we care about the environment which is why we reuse and/or recycle 90% of our packaging materials. Therefore, when you receive your package from Dolce Dimora, please don't be put off by the reused box or shipping materials. We also request that you kindly recycle the packaging materials you receive from us.

Free Shipping

Several of our product lines feature free shipping (within the 48 contiguous states only). If you order an item that offers free shipping in addition to one or more regular items, you will be charged only for the shipping costs for the regular shipping item(s). If for any reason you need to return an item that had free shipping, the refund you receive will be for the item price minus our standard shipping cost. Standard shipping costs are based on item prices as outlined above. The only exception to this policy is if an item received is defective, in which case it will be replaced with no additional shipping fees. If you would like to exchange your free shipping purchase for another item that also has free shipping, a standard shipping charge will be added to the item being returned and the new item will ship for free.

Delivery to Post Office Boxes

Our deliveries are sent by UPS or freight carrier. Post Office box delivery is not available.
