If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt of shipment, excluding bath products and sale items. All sales are final on bath products and sale items. Please note that there will be a 5% restocking charge on all returned merchandise. If you are uncertain about a pattern or style, we recommend you purchase a sham, wash cloth, or napkin as a sample to ensure your full satisfaction prior to making your final purchase. Authorized returns must be unused, in its original condition and packaging with all factory labels attached and accompanied by a copy of your sales receipt. Merchandise may be returned for a refund (refunds are only processed in the manner in which they were ordered), exchange or store credit. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of a non-returnable item to report any damage. All sales are final 14 days after you receive the item(s); returns will not be accepted after this time. All delivery costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Dolce Dimora reserves the right to inspect and return items to you that are not acceptable for return. All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit of the purchase price less the restocking charge.

Free Shipping Promotion Returns: Dolce Dimora offers free delivery on many items. If you choose to return an item that was shipped to you with this incentive, you will receive a refund for the item minus the delivery costs. Special Orders: Dolce Dimora offers you the ability to special order products that are not stocked by our boutique. As special orders are items specifically ordered for you from the manufacturer, payment is processed at time of order placement and the order is immediately made with the manufacturer. Special orders are shipped to you as soon as they arrive from the manufacturer. Due to the nature of special orders, after 24 hours of order placement, we will not be able to cancel your order and issue a refund; all sales are final on special order items after 24 hours.
